The death of former Member of Parliament Hon Cyrus Jirongo has continued to elicit a serious discussion in the country, with Leaders and even Kenyans questioning the manner in which the former Member of Parliament died.
The former legislator is reported to have died in an accident along the Nakuru Naivasha Highway. Still, some have continued to question the report, with many of them asking the Government to provide answers to Kenyans, alleging that his death appears to have been scripted.
The police have begun their probe into the death of the former MP. The detectives have even visited the scene of the accident in Karai, Naivasha town.
The CCTV footage that showed the former Lugari MP Jirongo driving out of a petrol station has even raised serious questions on the real cause of the MP's death. Leaders from the opposition have been calling for a thorough probe into Jirongo’s death.
Reacting on the death of the former Lugari Member of Parliament, vocal Lawyer and Government critic, Dr Miguna, has dismissed allegations that the death of the former MP appears to be planned and scripted.
Speaking through his official X page amidst the ongoing probe by the police, Dr. Miguna Miguna has alleged that the death of Jirongo was purely an accident and there is nothing more than that, as speculated by some leaders and even Kenyans.
According to Miguna, desperation is driving people to try to create something out of nothing. "It was an accident, desperate people," alleged Dr. Miguna Miguna.
