Uganda's opposition leader, Robert Kyagulanyi, has criticised the government over what he claims is misuse of security agencies in a bid to tame the opposition and it's influence.
This is after the agencies reportedly used water cannons to disperse crowds that had lined up along the road to welcome him and his convoy at the Kalerwe Market in Kampala.
In the incident, the police are seen spraying water on people who came out to wave to Kyagulanyi, alias Bobi Wine, in a bid to disperse the crowd and spoil the reception.
