JUST IN: Major Breakthrough in Babu-Alai's Gun Incident as CCTV Footage Emerges Showing the Following

A new twist has emerged in the political standoff involving Embakasi East MP Babu Owino and Kileleshwa Ward MCA Robert Alai, after claims surfaced that CCTV footage allegedly shows Alai drawing a gun during a heated confrontation between the two leaders.

The allegations, if substantiated, mark a major breakthrough in a saga that has gripped Nairobi’s political circles.

According to sources familiar with the claims, the footage is said to capture a tense exchange that quickly escalated, culminating in what appears to be a firearm being brandished.

Supporters of Owino argue that the alleged footage fundamentally changes the narrative, raising serious questions about public safety, abuse of power, and the conduct expected of elected leaders.

Alai’s allies have strongly dismissed the claims, cautioning against what they describe as trial by public opinion.

They insist that any footage must be independently verified and subjected to forensic analysis to establish its authenticity and full context.

Legal experts echo this view, warning that unverified CCTV clips can be misleading if selectively edited.
