Many who know the Meru politician cum businessman, know that he has been using a wheelchair.
However, he was today spotted standing and walking though using support of walking aid.
Makarina arrived at Murang'a Governor Irungu Kangata's office to confirm to him that he is indeed able to walk, thanks to Prophet Owuor's prayers.
He was spotted struggling to climb stairs, using walking aid.
He said that the fact he can climb stairs should be prove enough for the doubting Thomases who have been questioning whether indeed he was healed during a Prophet Owuor's recent crusade in Nakuru.
"Wale wanapinga hakuna kazi ya Owuor, ndio hiyo nimepanda stairs." Makarina said
This comes days after claims the Meru Tycoon received a miracle healing from controversial Prophet Owuor.
The claims were accompanied by a photo which showed Makarina standing. However, a section raised doubts, challenging him to stand up and walk for them to believe.
Today, Makarina arrived at Governor Kangata's office walking away from his wheelchair that he had been known to use before.
During his meeting with Governor Irungu Kangata, Makarina urged him to continue supporting persons living with disabilities.
