Gachagua To Speak Live On Kameme FM About His Plans For 2027 Elections

Ex Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua will appear live on Kameme FM on Monday, 12th January 2026. The interview is scheduled from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

This comes as he continues to engage in political activities and rallies across the country.

Since his impeachment in October 2024, Gachagua has been vocal against the current government led by President William Ruto.

He often criticizes corruption, poor policy decisions, economic mismanagement, and the sale of national assets. He also highlights issues of police brutality, extrajudicial killings, and abuse of power.

At his rallies in counties like Kirinyaga, Nyeri, Machakos, and Kiambu, Gachagua has called for unity and resilience among Kenyans.

He emphasizes the need for change and accountability. Supporters gather in large numbers as he stresses that the current government has failed ordinary citizens.

Gachagua is now a key figure in the United Opposition. He collaborates with leaders such as Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, Eugene Wamalwa, Martha Karua, and JB Muturi. Together, they aim to form a strong coalition and present a single presidential candidate in 2027.

Reports indicate the opposition plans to name their flag bearer by March 2026.

Through his posts and public engagements, Gachagua frames himself as a champion of justice and accountability.

He accuses the government of looting public resources, abducting critics, and using militias to suppress dissent.

His message resonates with citizens frustrated by poor governance and corruption.

The upcoming Kameme FM interview is expected to provide more insight into his plans and strategies.

It is likely to draw attention from supporters and critics alike. Gachagua continues to focus on rallying support and shaping a united front to challenge the current administration.

His efforts in Mount Kenya and other regions show his determination to consolidate grassroots support.

By emphasizing a one-term presidency for Ruto, Gachagua seeks to mobilize Kenyans behind the United Opposition. This appearance will likely signal his next steps ahead of the 2027 elections.
